Continue to Merzouga, where you’ll ride camels into the Sahara Desert for a night in a traditional desert camp under the stars. The next day, explore the desert by 4×4, visiting fossil sites, the dunes of Merzouga, and the vibrant village of Khamlia, known for its Gnawa music. Journey through the Dades Valley, marvel at the towering Todra Gorge, and discover the ancient Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Finally, cross the High Atlas Mountains, ending your unforgettable trip in Marrakech.
We’ll begin our journey in Fes, driving through the stunning landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop will be in Azrou, a charming town known for its cedar forests and Barbary macaques. From there, we’ll continue toward Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Upon arrival, we’ll embark on a camel trek across the golden dunes, arriving at a traditional desert camp for an unforgettable night under the stars.
After a magical sunrise in the desert, we’ll take a 4×4 adventure to explore the surrounding areas. We’ll visit the Miffis (fossil sites), drive around the dunes of Merzouga, and stop by the village of Khamlia, famous for its Gnawa music and culture. Later, we’ll continue our journey toward the Dades Valley, where we’ll spend the night.
As part of our trip through the desert, we will get up early to see the most beautiful sunrise ever, throwing a sea of shifting colors and shades over the sand dunes. After breakfast, we will take a shower and head back to our hotel in the desert. We will keep going to Tinghir and the beautiful Todra Gorge.

There are lots of great places to hike, relax by the river, and try some delicious Berber food in the pass. We’ll have lunch in the middle of the valley and then drive through the Dades Valley.
The last day of the tour from Marrakech goes to Ait Ben Haddou and then back to Marrakech via Telouet.
The trip continues along the old trade path of Ait ben Haddou, stopping to see the Telouet-Pasha Glaoui Kasbah and then continuing on through the High Atlas Mountains to reach Marrakech.
